I trust that whatever comes up for you during a session or meditation is exactly as it should be. I have an abiding, unshakable sense that we are supposed to be here, in this life, on this earth, showing up exactly as we are in the moment, and I bring that energy to our work together. God’s deepest wish is that we join life.
When you begin to open into an allowance of this moment, exactly as it is, the light of presence and love can flow into you, perfectly, all on its own. If there is resistance to the way you are right now, right here, then we can open to that resistance and discover what that is like.
You are a shimmering field of awareness, tender, and indescribably sweet. You are a REAL, and you are here, in this life, in this pain, this suffering, as a devotional act of love. What you are is beautiful beyond understanding. Everything else, identity, pain, trauma, emotions and painful beliefs, all of that IS NOT YOU.
Once you see this, even a little bit, and your identity begins to coalesce and re-suffuse into it’s true place, then, & only then, you can begin to be truly intimate & loving with everything that is not you - whether it be that which is not you inside, or that which is not them in other people.

i bring an intuitive flow of modalities, exactly tailored to what is arising within you.
Sessions usually start with a meditation to bring us into a little more presence, a little more here. We can also talk when that is helpful, & let the conversation show us where the inner work is most potent.
I bring in inner child work, The Work of Byron Katie, the practice of feeding the demon, & body meditation during work with people. I trust that the path of most healing opens as the sessions unfold. I find that often we move into very heart-centered inquiry. The heart can guide us so specifically on our path in ways that our minds do not have access to. This heart-centered guidance comes out of the client's own inquiry, so it is always exquisitely tailored to the client's own understanding & life. It is simply beautiful to watch happen, & I see it happen over & over.
PACKAGES.
We schedule a 1-hour session. After this initial session we reflect and decide if we want to make a commitment to working together further.
I offer packages of 11, 20, and 30 sessions.
11 sessions - minimum commitment.
20 sessions - receive 1 free sessions (for 21 total). 30 sessions - receive 2 free sessions (for 32 total).
The free sessions can be used by you, given to a friend, or donated to the Scholarship Fund.
The packages can be paid for in full or in installments.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, with a $40 fee charged if a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Payments are made via Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. All sessions are pre-paid. I bill the initial session upfront. Packages are paid up-front, or in 2 installments, one in the beginning, and one at the halfway point.

is there a cancellation fee?
Yes. There is a $40 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
Please note:
• If you are late for an appointment, the session will be shortened accordingly
• If you are unable to make an arranged appointment please let me know 24hrs in advance (minimum) or forfeit the appointment and $40 fee
• Cancellations with more than 24hrs notice may be re-scheduled
